CSC owned Chapelfield, is a 49,240 sq m indoor shopping mall located on the edge of Norwich city centre, a site previously occupied by the Rowntree Mackintosh chocolate factory. Containing over 100 shops and restaurants, the centre opened in September 2005 and was described as 'a major new shopping experience', featuring a new three-floor flagship House of Fraser department store.

SCP Contracts supplied the Terence Woodgate designed Public Seating System, specifying the solid oak gallery bench for all of the public walkways.

Designed as an alternative to the Tube, which is cheaper, or the car, which has more privacy, Heathrow Express has been a huge success since its launch in June 1998, now carrying over 16,000 passengers per day. Departing from London Paddington, the Heathrow Express takes just 15 minutes and offers customers a relaxing and trouble free journey. Internationally respected branding agency Wolff Olins designed almost every aspect of the customer experience, from the station architecture at Heathrow, through train interiors, to small details like tickets and uniforms.

Terence Woodgate's PSS seating system was chosen for the simplicity of its design. The version specified features a plywood beech seat and back, which balanced the more severe concrete, stainless steel and frosted glass used throughout the scheme.
